These terms apply to the use of this website and to joining the waitlist. Use of the Xtract platform is governed by separate agreements.

02 — Description of service

Xtract is an AI-powered platform that helps companies assess regulatory change, compare response options and steer execution through to evidence. Xtract is in a closed beta with selected companies. Joining the waitlist is a registration of interest and creates neither a right to access nor a contract. Use of the platform is governed by separate agreements.

03 — Waitlist

By joining the waitlist you agree that we notify you when places in the beta become available. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@thextract.com.

04 — Intellectual property

All content, branding and software on this website are the property of Xtract UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.

05 — Website content

The content of this website is general information about Xtract. Examples and sample cases are fictional and do not constitute legal advice. We strive for accuracy but give no guarantee that the content is complete or up to date.

06 — Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

07 — Governing law

German law applies. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe.

08 — Changes

We may revise these terms. The version published at the time of your visit or sign-up applies. We inform people on the waitlist of material changes by email.
