Regulatory Change Management

Turn regulatory change into
business advantage.

Xtract detects regulatory change, shows how it affects your business, compares options, and supports execution through to evidence.

For compliance, legal, tax, customs and business teams – in every industry.Decisions and approvals stay with your teams.

The business problem

The cost reaches beyond compliance.

One regulatory change can alter operating procedures, systems and investment decisions. Xtract keeps those consequences connected.

01

Regulatory exposure

Identify affected activities, obligations and the evidence needed to address them.

02

Repeated work

Connect research, internal coordination and past decisions instead of rebuilding them for every review.

03

Missed opportunities

Compare lawful alternatives, implementation costs and the value of acting at the right time.

The control loop

A control loop, not a one‑off project.

From a regulatory change through decision and execution to evidence – and back again as soon as a rule verifiably changes.

  1. 01

    Understand

Source and company context: which entities, products and processes are affected.

  2. 02

    Compare

Response options with cost, value and residual risk.

  3. 03

    Approve

Your team decides and approves a versioned plan.

  4. 04

    Execute

Assigned work packages with the evidence they require.

  5. 05

    Revalidate

When a rule verifiably changes, Xtract re-checks closed cases – your team decides on the next round. Validated evidence flows into your company documents, so the next case starts with more knowledge.

Sample case

One case. All the way to proof.

From finding to decision to evidence – on a fictional example.

Xtract Group / DEMO-REG-001

Control a revised work instruction across three sites.

Decision required
01 / What happened?
An internal review found three sites using different revisions of the training-record instruction. One version does not require the instruction revision to be recorded.
02 / Why does it matter?
The central team cannot consistently show which approved instruction employees were trained against. The same control must be demonstrable across the affected scope.
03 / What if we do nothing?
The finding remains open. Records may need reconstruction and training may need repeating.
04 / What should we decide?
A controlled rollout approach, for example one central release with site-level implementation and independent verification.

Strategic decision

Compare the options. Before committing resources.

Management needs the reasoning behind a recommendation. Compare regulatory coverage, implementation and recurring effort and residual risk alongside potential business value.

  • A separate implementation plan for every option
  • Visible assumptions and value calculation
  • Human approval before execution

Execution

From decision to evidenced execution.

Every requirement gets a work package with tasks, owners, deadlines and the evidence that proves closure.

Evidence

"Done" is not enough.

Evidence is filed on the case and linked to the original requirement. An authorized person decides whether the action is complete.

AI with clear responsibilities

Agents prepare. Authorized people decide.

Seven roles work on the same case. Each answers one question – your team makes the decision.

  1. 01

    Source & change

Which rules could apply to us?

  2. 02

    Relevance

Is a full assessment worth it?

  3. 03

    Domain

    What does each requirement demand?

  4. 04

    Risk

    How exposed are we?

  5. 05

    Action

What has to happen, with which evidence?

  6. 06

    Verification

Do sources, dates and reasoning hold up?

  7. 07

    Insight

Is the case ready for a decision?

Functional roles, not seven separate models. Your team sets owners and deadlines.

Questions & answers

Before we talk.

What does Xtract do?

Xtract connects regulatory change to your company: what affects you, which options exist, what is decided and how it is implemented. Every step stays traceable through to the evidence.

Is this only regulatory monitoring?

No. Detecting change is the entry point. It continues with comparing options, management approval, work packages with owners and deadlines, and the evidence filed on the case.

Does AI make our decisions?

No. AI supports analysis and recommendations. Authorized people remain responsible for material decisions, approvals and the release of implementation. Sources and assumptions stay visible.

Will every case produce savings?

No. Some cases require an investment or a control change without a measurable saving. Xtract shows effort and potential benefit separately so you can decide on solid ground.

Which industries and departments is Xtract for?

Xtract applies the same logic from decision to execution in every industry. Tax, customs, legal, compliance, HR, finance, IT, quality and operations work on one shared case. Sources and company context are agreed for each deployment.

What do I need to do to get started?

You describe your company once in the Company Twin: entities, sites, products, processes, markets and responsibilities. Xtract assesses every change against that picture.

Where does Xtract stand today?

Xtract runs as a closed beta with selected companies. A demo shows you the platform; the waitlist lets you know when more places open up.
